First Show: 2003 Adventures of Chef Matisse television series is a progressive, educational and entertaining show about the future of the American Diet: "Buy Local--Eat Organic--According to the Seasons."

The host of the show is a native Santa Cruzian and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Adventures of Chef Matisse is the food lovers guide to exploring California's Central Coast: from farmer's markets and wine tasting, to deep sea fishing and guest chefs; Matisse will take you there.
