NON-DISCRIMINATION

Community Television shall ensure that no individual is discriminated against with regard to membership, services, access to information, or any activity of Community Television because of race, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, physical disability, political affiliation, or economic status; and shall promote access to the Cable Television System for those who historically have been denied media access. This section of the Rules and Procedures does not guarantee a right to any person or organization to have any program distributed over the channels governed by Community Television.
