I would like to recommend that CTSCC consider investment in a handheld camera stabilizer. There are many variants available in the sub- $500 range. Although not necessarily a panacea, these stabilizers may require some practice to use. Without such a device, one can be limited to wide angle focal lengths to reduce undesired jitters and camera shake.
