The Sept 23 Board packet is attached.  Also attached is the Finance Committee packet from the September 17, 2010 FC meeting containing the 2009-2010 Audit and the year-to-date financials as of August 31, 2010. The Committee recommended approval of both.

Attached is a memo and job descriptions to be included in the Restructuring Plan for tomorrow's Personnel committee and Board meetings.
